Should there be any discrepancies, such as the account not reactivating despite correct HRLinks or GCIMS status, or failure to receive mandatory training assignments, please use the Inactive Account | Not Reactivating SR.


Standard Response:


We have located your account; however, it is currently inactive. Please visit HRLinks and verify that your HRLinks account is active. Once it's updated, your OLU should reactivate the following day, and the mandatory training should be automatically assigned the subsequent day.

Please let us know if you continue to experience the login error the next day, or if it has already been 24 hours since you verified that your HRLinks is active.
