When creating a ticket, kindly include the date updated/verified that their HRLinks or GCIMS were active.

If the user (Contractor) is unsure of who their COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) is, kindly advise them to contact their Supervisor/Manager or perhaps the person who assisted with their GSA onboarding, in order to get the contact information.

We will need to create a ticket to escalate this to the GSA Administrators for assistance. For the ticket, could you please provide the following information?

1. Are you a Federal Employee or Contractor?

2. What is your start/hire date?

3. If you are a Contractor, did you recently start a new contract? If so, on what date?

4. Which Organization/Agency do you work for?

5. Did you have a name change recently? If so, can you provide us with your previous name and previous email address?
