Users requesting assistance or inquiring about the following, should be advised to fill out the Talent Development & Online University (OLU) Service Request Form:

• The design of quality learning activities for e-learning, webinars, curricula, and programs.
• Support with creating course registrations for activities managed and tracked in GSA OLU.
• Requests for OLU functional services: Building curriculum, running reports, uploading courses, using evaluations, etc. 

This means that if a user needs help with creating a training or curriculum, running reports, or with the OLU Pilot System, etc. - we will need to provide the SR below so they can require Admin Assistance.
