Although not common, it's possible that an OLU user who used to have a Learning Academy account asks if it's possible to have the transcripts/accounts merged so that their completions in LA are reflected in their OLU account. The GSA Administrators confirmed that merging of accounts is not possible. Please use the following SR.

If the user pushes back, and reinstates that they need to have their LA completions in OLU, please let them know in order for the GSA Admins to add the completions, the user will need to self-assign the courses/programs so that they can then be marked as completed.

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this for you. Kindly note the GSA Administrators advised that GSA Learning Academy and GSA Online University transcripts/accounts cannot be merged. However, if you're still able to access your Learning Academy account, you may download your certificates for your records. If you no longer have access to your Learning Academy account, please let us know and we will provide your certificates via email.
