Should a user inquire about where they can see their CLPs or what courses within the OLU provide CLPs, please provide this SR.

If the user pushes back and says they believe a course hasn't been associated with CLPs in error, advise them to reach out to either the course's POC (if listed) or Training Support Services at TSS@gsa.gov. 

Most of the courses within the OLU do not provide CLPs. If a course is associated with some form of credit, it will be notated in the course description/training details. It will also be printed on the certificate if it is a CLP course.
