Employees who do not have the correct supervisor listed on their OLU account will need to access HRLinks in order to update their supervisor's name. This may take 48-72 hours to process.
Note: Contractors don't usually have a Supervisor listed. If a contractor inquires about this, please create a ticket instead of using this SR. Include the Supervisor's information as well as the Agency information in the ticket summary.

Please access HRLinks to verify and/or update your supervisor's name. Once that is complete, your supervisor's info will be reflected in the OLU after 48-72 hours have passed. If it has been beyond this timeframe, please let me know the date you made the request and I'll be happy to create a ticket for you!
