HRLinks is GSA's HR system that feeds employee user profile data to the OLU. If an employee needs to change their name or other profile information, they would need to go to HRLinks to make the change. It can take 48-72 hours for this data to sync with the OLU. 

If 72 hours have passed and the updated information does not reflect in the OLU, escalate and make a note in the summary that it's been more than 72 hours. 

Kindly visit HRLinks to make changes to your name or other profile information. Once your HR Links user profile is updated, it will sync up with the OLU in the next data cycle. This process can take up to 72 hours.
