Specialist Notes:


This SR only applies to a specific situation where a user has an inactive account AND there's overdue mandatory training in their transcript (IT Security and Privacy Awareness training only), as no other overdue training should result in deactivation.)


Users' ENT accounts (used to log into the OLU via SSO) can become deactivated if the mandatory IT Security & Privacy Awareness training is not completed by its due date, which results in their OLU account being inactive. 


Should this be the user's case, kindly use the SR below to refer them to IT Helpdesk.
