1. Check if the user does not have an overdue Security and Privacy Awareness training assignment (within the Mandatory Training curriculum). If the training is overdue, please use the Inactive Account - Overdue Mandatory Training SR.
2. If the overdue Mandatory Training SR does not apply to the user, confirm with the user if they're a GSA Employee or a Contractor, and refer to the appropriate SR:
