Specialist Notes:


New employees will receive an account within 1-2 weeks after their start date.


Please ensure that a new employee without an account meets ALL requirements listed below before escalating. Required items to receive an account are as follows:


- Must have COMPLETED onboarding

- User has ACCESS to HRLinks (if they do not, provide What is HR Links SR and provide it to them)


If any of these items are missing, an account will not be created for the user, as data within the OLU populates from the last two items. Only escalate if the user has completed all of these items AND more than 72 hours have passed since they have completed all the steps.


Standard Response: 


Please note that New employees will receive an account within 1-2 weeks after their start date. To ensure this process is done in a timely manner, and you receive an account as soon as possible, please make sure that you have done the following:

- Completed onboarding
- Have access to HRLinks


If you do not know what HRLinks is or don't have access to it, please let me know and I'll be happy to provide you the site information.

Once you have ensured all the above is completed, you should receive your account within 72 hours. If it has been more than 72 hours, we will need to create a ticket so we can escalate this issue to GSA Administrators. For the ticket, please provide us with your start date as well as your agency/bureau information.

Also, please note that you will not be held responsible for training not completed during the period you do not have access to the OLU.
