For certain account issues, the GSA OLU Administrators may forward the issue to OIT which is a GSA Internal team that looks further into issues with data feed, etc. When the Admins reply to us stating that the issue has been sent to OIT, please use the SR below to update the user.
Please note that we can set the ticket status back to 'Waiting on Client Administrators' after sending the reply to the user, as the Administrators will still be the ones to let us know of any updates or resolution, and they would still be the ones that we would send a follow-up to when necessary.
