Kindly use the SR below to gather information if you notice the user's OLU account is Inactive before you escalate it to the GSA OLU Administrators using the Inactive Account | Escalation to Admins SR.
IMPORTANT! Please check the user's transcript to ensure they don't have Overdue Security and Privacy Awareness training which is located inside the Mandatory Training Curriculum. If that is the case, please refer to Inactive Account | Overdue Mandatory Training SR. |

2. What is your start/hire date?
3. If you are a Contractor, did you recently start a new contract? If so, on what date?
4. Which Organization/Agency do you work for?
5. Did you have a name change recently? If so, can you provide us with your previous name and previous email address?
