We apologize for the issue you are experiencing when logging in. Unfortunately, we do not reset passwords for GSA OLU. GSA uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access the OLU. Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials (e.g., name and password) to access multiple applications.
GSA Administrators have provided the following instructions for accessing the OLU:
To access the OLU, please click on the GSA OLU icon on your desktop. If you do not have the icon, please try this link to access the OLU: https://gsaolu.gsa.gov. Click Single Sign On. You will use your full GSA email address and your ENT credentials as your password to access the OLU.
If you are still not able to sign in, please contact the IT Service Helpdesk for assistance resetting your ENT password. Their number is (866) 450-5250 and email is ITServiceDesk@GSA.gov.
