Should a user state they are unable to submit a request, kindly ask the user to confirm if they are a contractor or employee.

Contractors are unable to submit SF-182’s or add external training to their transcript. However, if the user states they are a federal employee, kindly review their OLU account and check what they are listed as.

There have been known discrepancies with the data feed where some employees have been marked as contractors. To ensure this is not the case, kindly check the user’s account. Contractors can be identified by looking under the Identifier section in the user’s search results.

Note: This will require GSA Access to confirm. If you do not have access to the OLU, kindly ping for assistance or create a ticket asking for confirmation should you receive no response.
