Should users have inquiries about the 2026 IT Security and Privacy Awareness Training assignment, there are two common scenarios.

| New Users Who need to complete the course to gain access to GSA systems | Kindly note that while the 2026 version has not yet been released, you may complete the 2025 GSA IT Security and Privacy Awareness Training, which is currently available in the OLU catalog. Upon completion, you will receive equivalency credit once the 2026 version is released. |
| Existing Users who have already completed the 2025 version | Kindly note that the 2026 version of the IT Security and Privacy Awareness Training has not yet been released. Once available, it will be automatically assigned to you. However, if you have received an email indicating that you may lose system access due to not completing the course, please let us know so we can escalate the matter to the GSA OLU Administrators for further assistance.
