There is a known issue with the course where the quiz results do not display properly, and users are unable to proceed to the conclusion slide, which prevents course completion. Please see the screenshot below:

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? Troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, so we don't need to troubleshoot. Should a user reach out reporting the above issue, please provide the SR below and create a ticket so it can be escalated to the Administrators. |
NOTES FOR TICKET PROCESSORS! Please include the screenshot provided by the user. In the ticket ‘Summary’, you may include the following: User completed the quiz for the course above. However, the course is stuck on the quiz results page and does not allow them to proceed to the conclusion/final slide, which is hindering course completion. Could you please assist with marking the course complete? |

We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the GSA Travel Card Training. The GSA OLU Administrators advised that they are aware of the issue where the quiz results may not display properly, and users are unable to proceed to the conclusion slide.
To assist you further, please provide a screenshot of the ‘Quiz Results’ slide. If you didn't capture one initially, you can relaunch the course and select ‘Resume’ to return to that slide.
Once you are able to share the screenshot, I will proceed to create a ticket so we can escalate a course completion request to the GSA OLU Administrators.
