Sometimes, the IT Helpdesk may refer users experiencing SSO issues to End-User Support. In these cases, users often mention that IT advised they would need to contact us to update their UPN in order to access OLU.
The GSA OLU Administrators have confirmed that UPN updates are not handled on the OLU side. If an employee reaches out with this request, please provide the SR below.
Note: This SR does not apply to contractors, as their information is not managed through HRLinks. If a contractor was referred to us by IT, please create escalate a ticket to the Admins for review.
IMPORTANT! If the user responds confirming that their HRLinks information is correct or has been updated, please escalate the issue to the Admins. Be sure to note in the summary that we advised the user to verify their information in HRLinks. |

The GSA Online University Administrators have advised that UPN numbers are updated exclusively via a data feed from HRLinks. Kindly verify if the information in HRLinks has been updated for you. If it has not, please reach out to HR and IT departments to have this fixed for you.
If your information has already been updated in HRLinks, let us know so we can notify the Administrators to have OIT confirm that the data feed is processing correctly.
