Specialist Notes:


Occasionally, users may inquire about obtaining a copy of their transcript after they are no longer with GSA.

Please confirm whether the user still has access to their GSA email address.

  • If yes, please refer to the How to Run a Transcript Report SR. If needed, create a ticket so we can send a copy of their transcript to their GSA.gov email address.

  • If not, please provide them with the SR below.


IMPORTANT!


If the user still has an active OLU account, they should be able to log in and access their transcript and certificates directly. If they need help logging in, they can contact the GSA IT Service Desk for assistance.


Standard Response:


Please note that, for security reasons, we are unable to send transcript data to personal email addresses. Additionally, the GSA OLU Administrators advised that most courses in OLU are proprietary to GSA and are unlikely to transfer to other departments. You may consider reaching out to your HR department to request any relevant information, as we are not able to provide it directly.
