Please provide the SR below when a user inquires about an inactive course that is not part of a mandatory training curriculum. 


IMPORTANT!

  • If a user has further questions about an inactive course within a Mandatory Training curriculum, instead of providing the SR at the bottom, please refer them to reach out to the Mandatory Training team (mandatorytraining@gsa.gov).

  • Due to recent federal directives, several courses were deactivated around February 2025. If a user inquires about a course that is inactive, and you verify that the course was deactivated in early 2025, you may let them know of that:
    “In accordance with federal directives issued in early 2025, the GSA Online University Administrators deactivated DEI-specific training, and we have confirmed that the course you are inquiring about was deactivated as part of this process.
