Previously, Single Sign On was via SecureAuth. As of October 4th, 2024, users will log into the OLU with SSO via GSA Auth (GSA’s OKTA).
IMPORTANT! Only provide this SR to users needing assistance getting enrolled with GSA Auth for the first time. If they are simply looking for instructions on logging in, use the SSO | Login Instructions SR instead. |
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? GSA Auth (Okta) is a new single sign-on (SSO) system with multi-factor authentication (MFA). Users must complete a one-time account enrollment for GSA Auth. In July 2024, an email was sent out to all GSA Employees and Contractors with instructions on getting enrolled with GSA Auth. Most users may already have enrolled back then as other GSA Applications are already using GSA Auth. However, should we encounter a user stating they have not enrolled yet, we should provide the instructions before they can access OLU. As GSA IT migrates applications to this new tool, GSA Auth will prompt users at least once a day to authenticate. |

Thank you for your patience while I gathered the instructions. Please follow the below steps to get enrolled with GSA Auth:
1. Please visit https://auth.gsa.gov.
2. Enter your GSA email address and click the ‘Next’ button. (Do NOT select the Sign in (PIV credential) button, as it will not work for the initial enrollment.)
3. Enter your GSA ENT password and select ‘Verify’.
4. Click the ‘Send me an email’ button. GSA Auth will send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your GSA email.
5. On the GSA Auth login screen, enter the OTP code from the email in the ‘Enter Code’ field, and select ‘Verify’.
6. Click the Submit button to complete your enrollment.
If you are unable to authenticate after following the steps above, please contact the GSA IT Service Desk at 866-450-5250 or email ITServiceDesk@gsa.gov.
