The GSA Online University Administrators advised that the assignment of 2025 Mandatory New Supervisor Courses curriculum is done by the system and is dependent upon the user's Supervisor Effective Date in OLU.
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? 1. If a New Supervisor has not been assigned to the curriculum, please check (or ask someone on Teams to check) if the 'SupEffDate' field is populated with a date. You may need to click the 'User Record Custom Field' down-facing arrow to expand and show the information.
2. If there is a date and it's the current year, please escalate to the Admins and note that there is a Supervisor Effective Date but they've not been assigned to the curriculum. 3. If there is no date populated, please provide the SR below. |

The GSA Online University Administrators advised that the assignment of the 2025 GSA Mandatory New Supervisor Training curriculum is done by the system and is dependent upon the user's Supervisor Effective Date in OLU. Kindly check your HRLinks profile and make sure there is a Supervisor Probationary Period Date entered. This will ensure that the date information is populated in OLU and the curriculum will be automatically assigned.
