The GSA Administrators advised that we may assist users in chats or tickets with moving ILT/VILT sessions to the archived transcript if it is past the date of the training and it's still showing 'Registered' or 'Withdrawn' status.


However, if it's a 'No Show', please use the SR below to advise them to contact TSS instead.
