Specialist Notes:


We should always search the Admin Catalog to check the availability and status of the course, so we can best advise users with locating a course. However, the GSA Administrators requested that we also check the 'Provider' field and provide this SR to users with launch issues or inquiries regarding courses that have the provider listed as 'CAPE' AND availability shows as not set yet. This is because all CAPE courses are either migrating to FAI or being deprecated.


Examples: HSPD-12 Requesting Officials (ROs) Roles and Responsibilities and Top 10 Project Management Resources Course. [See images below]



IMPORTANT! 


  • This SR does NOT apply to any other Course Provider. We may escalate to the Admins if a user inquires about a course that shows availability as not set yet, but the provider is not CAPE.

Kindly note that the course you inquired about is no longer available in OLU as all CAPE courses are either migrating to FAI or being deprecated. You may check FAI ( https://dau.csod.com/ ) to see if the course is available, should you need to take the course.
