IMPORTANT!


The GSA OLU Admins shared that they do not anticipate many new hires in December 2025. However, in the event that someone does join this month, please note the following:

  • New users will not be assigned the 2025 Mandatory Training curricula, as those assignments have been deactivated in preparation for the launch of the 2026 versions.

  • The 2025 GSA IT Security and Privacy Awareness Training is the exception, and the assignment remains active, as it is required for users to maintain an active OLU account.

  • Once the 2026 Mandatory Training is assigned early next year, the support process will return to the usual steps outlined below.


User should be assigned to the New Employee or New Contractor Mandatory Training Curriculum within a few days of account creation. However, if it has been a few days, please check their OLU User Record to see if there's a date under 'Original Hire Date', then proceed accordingly:

If YES, please also check if they're assigned to the correct group and escalate a ticket to the Administrators so they can further look into this.


If NO, provide the appropriate SR below to advise them to check if their information has been correctly entered in the database as the system needs to have the Hire Date for the user to be assigned to the correct group and training.


SR for Employees:


We noticed that there's missing information in your OLU account which can result in the system not being able to automatically assign you the Mandatory Training curriculum. As an employee, please visit the HRLinks to verify if your profile information is correct and complete, including the hire date. Once the information is entered or updated, it can take 72 hours to sync with OLU.

If after 72 hours, you're still unable to see the Mandatory Training Assigned to you, or if you verify that the HRLinks profile already has all the correct information, please contact us back to let us know and we will escalate the issue to GSA the OLU Administrators for further assistance.


SR for Contractors:


We noticed that there's missing information in your OLU account which can result in the system not being able to automatically assign you the Mandatory Training curriculum. As a contractor, please contact your COR and verify that your information is correct in GCIMS. Once the information is entered or updated, it can take 72 hours to sync with OLU.


If after 72 hours, you're still unable to see the Mandatory Training Assigned to you, or if it's been verified that GCIMS has all the correct information, please contact us back to let us know and we will escalate the issue to GSA the OLU Administrators for further assistance.
