The GSA Online University Administrators advised that the error you received usually occurs when someone has timed out while taking the assessment. Unfortunately, this means that your progress wasn't saved and you will need to start over. 


To prevent this from occurring again, they advised that if you're working on this while on GSA's network then you will need to save at least every 29 min to prevent timing out. If you are accessing remotely, you will need to save every 14 min to prevent timing out.
