Specialist Notes:


If a Supervisor wants to know how to access the records of their employees, please provide them with the SR below.


If the 'View Team' button is not available to them, they will need to access HRLinks and update the correct information.


Standard Response:


To access your employees' records, please click the 'View Team' button on your Transcript or Universal Profile pages. All of your employees will be listed-you may then click your employee's name to view their transcript and the status of their courses.

If you do not see the 'View Team' button or if all of your employees are not listed, you will need to update your HRLinks profile to confirm that your status as a Supervisor is accurate and your team information is complete. You will not be able to see your team information if those two items are not correct in your account.
