As of October 4th, 2024, users will log into OLU via SSO with GSA Auth (Okta). Please provide the instructions below to assist users with logging in with SSO via GSA Auth.


Should a user reach out for assistance with logging into OLU and their account is Active, please ask them the following question and proceed accordingly:

If a user who is experiencing SSO issues states they already contacted IT Helpdesk and that they referred them to us (some mention updating UPN), please provide the SSO | Login Issue SR.

Kindly follow the instructions below to log into GSA Online University:

1. Please visit https://gsa.csodfed.com/
2. Click the ‘Single Sign On’ button within the box that says GSA Online University.
3. You will be prompted to either enter your GSA email address and ENT password, or you can choose the option to sign in with PIV Card.

a. To authenticate with email and password, please click the ‘Send me an email’ button. Then, enter the code sent to your email and click ‘Verify’.

b. To authenticate with PIV card, click the ‘Sign in using your PIV card’ button and if the Select a certificate window is displayed, choose the correct certificate (likely Issuer: Entrust), and click ‘OK’. Then, type your PIN into the PIN field, and click ‘OK’.

Note: GSA Auth will prompt you to authenticate one time per day.
