We do not have the ability to extend due dates for courses. If the user has any questions regarding due date extensions, refer them to the Mandatory Training Team.

Unfortunately, we do not extend individual employee due dates in the GSA Online University (GSA OLU) for mandatory training courses for employees who are expected to return to duty within the current calendar year. Supervisors should relay reasons for individual employee non-compliance to those who are tracking compliance for their organization. Valid requestors can disregard automated compliance emails from GSA OLU. Employees are expected to complete the courses upon their return. Any questions can be directed to the Mandatory Training Team, at mandatorytraining@gsa.gov.
