This SR is to assist with users inquiring about mandatory training when it has not been rolled out yet or when a user has not been assigned to it yet (new contractors or new employees). They may contact us saying they can't find it in the Catalog so the SR informs them that they will not find it in the Catalog.

If the user is inquiring about Mandatory training that has already been rolled out, please do NOT use this SR, and instead, assist the user with locating the Mandatory Curriculum within their Transcript. 

Whenever Mandatory Training is rolled out, the users should receive an email with their required training information. The email will include the title of the course, the date released for access, and the date to be completed, plus other pertinent information.  

Please note that most mandatory training courses are not accessible in the GSA OLU catalog and are assigned automatically by the system. This came at the request of the Program Manager of mandatory training to lessen confusion. The course owners work closely with the GSA Communications team to alert appropriate parties of required mandatory training assignments. Please look for emails from GSA Communications for mandatory training notifications.

Once the system assigns the Mandatory Training, you will see it in your Active Transcript.
