Attendance and completion marking for VILTs and ILTs are not handled by the GSA Administrator. All inquiries regarding such need to be forwarded to the course instructor/contact or Training Support Services at tss@gsa.gov for assistance. Only escalate if a user pushes back after they have been informed that they will need to reach out to the appropriate POC; be sure to notate this in your ticket summary.
