If a user receives an email about a VILT they registered for and cannot find the course or were not provided a link to access the training, please send them the following SR. If they do not have a POC in their email, look up the course and session and provide the contact email listed. If one isn't present, you may also provide the TSS@gsa.gov email. Please do NOT escalate these unless there is pushback; notate this in your ticket summary.

I am sorry you are having issues accessing your registered training. On your transcript in your course Training Details, a link should be present in the top section. If there isn't one, a point of contact should also have been listed. Please reach out to that person for assistance retrieving the required link. If you do not see one in your Training Details, I'll be happy to look that information up for you.
