The waitlist is for an ILT course. The Training Administrator has put a limit on the number of people that can register for a course. When the registration reaches this limit, an email goes out to the user letting them know that the limit has been reached and they have been waitlisted. If someone drops from the course and an opening becomes available, then the people on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were waitlisted, and their names will be added to the open spot for the course.
